I will show you various breathing techniques and movements to strengthen your immune system, calm your mind, and decrease stress!
In the beginner's class we will explore the natural pathways of our body's energy, how we can use movement and breathing to maintain the flow, and how this directly affects our state of health.
Individual appointments are available from 3 - 5 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at the Acupuncture Lounge (750 E. 9th Ave., Denver). I also offer
1 hr zoom classes for your personal preference.
Group classes are available for 3 or more participants and in-office staff on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m.
